An exciting, hard fought game that is tied 10-10 at the half, reflects the generally fine play on both sides.
Despite Andrew Harris gaining 120 yards rushing and receiving, Matt Coates having the best game of his career and Matt Nichols passing for over 300 yards, the repeated total breakdown in coverage by the Bombers enabled Reilly to throw to wide open receivers repeatedly, while Gable powered his way through Bombers to score 2 TDs.
Rumour has it that Kent Austin is being fitted for a Grey Cup ring should Edmonton win it, with that gift of Gable late in the season.Quote:
