The court only and 1 player and 1 coach at a time. I guess that’s great for Serge Ibaka and the two Canadian kids (the only Raptors I know that are actually in the city at this time), if they want to shoot some solo hoops. The weight room and lockers are still closed. The whole ordeal seems pointless.

Well you're still allowed to cross the Border for work so if players wanted to come they could.
