Am I understanding it right that a strike vote won't take place before this game? In other words, are we certain this game will happen? I've been looking forward to it for too long, I'm afraid to get my hopes up.

On offence Ricky rests, Sewell at LT, Holmes LG, Coombs at RB at KR. On the D side, lots of newcomers up front and it looks like Herbert is back, Robinson goes to LB and Gabriel has beat out Matt Black?
Too soon to reach that conclusion, I'd say. Coaches need to see lots of reps by Gabriel on D to see if he is better than what Black showed last season. He very well might win the job but I really doubt he has it won already.Quote:

- Dhillon is listed as a center. I like the idea that we might be evaluating him as a backup and eventual replacement for Keeping.

Milanovich mentioned the other some players might not go to Winnipeg because of roster restrictions. However, I count 72 players from the depth chart so not many being left home besides Ray, Owens, Durie, Rodgers, Tripp and maybe a few injured. Maybe Portis got nicked a bit in the mock game.Quote:
