Ricky Ray on the Double Blue Podcast

Hey gang.

I rarely post here, but thought I'd give you diehards a heads up.

Ricky Ray is a guy who doesn't say very much publically. His media answers say very little are almost always short and to the point. Oh, and he hates talking about himself.

He was nice enough to sit down for this week's Double Blue Podcast and it's a chance for you to look behind the curtain a bit and hear how he sounds when the microphones and cameras aren't on (though the mic was obviously on for this).

He's honest and open and told some stories that I was not aware of.

It was just a relaxed conversation between guys who have gotten to know each other a little bit over the years, so he was pretty comfortable for this chat.

I appreciate you not bringing up retirement talk because that's what some other media types would've done since it's easy to ask when you don't have any background information on your guest. But at the same time, aren't we all a little curious what his plans are after the season? LOL

Mike - Post the link every week. Ray interview was interesting. He is a true star in this city that could of played on either side of the border. He talked about his GC appearances, we need 1 more Rick.

Ricky forever the humble guy with no ego. Very funny when he was talking about the uncertainty last off season. Thought he might be coming back as a back up to Drew Willy. As if.
