I still think Smith's catch against the Argonauts in the early season Saskatchewan game is the POY, but for the purposes of this match-up I'll go with Chad.

Doesn't even seem like a fair comparison. Good punt returns are pretty common in the CFL.

Owens' catch was an athletic achievement, a timely game-winning score and more. It elicited obvious horror and dismay in the REDBLACKS unfortunate enough to watch it happen. That's how you beat a division rival.
