I could tell from my times in Regina and from blowing through the province in our truck at 120k an hour on our move that the province is full of CHEATERS!!!!!
The only thing they do well is grow wheat,mustard,canola,lentils,flax and a few other of my favorite culinary products.

Can't seem to generate the hate against the lovable Green Riders that Hamilton used to against the Argos when they, in Hamilton's eyes of course, were always over the Cap. But then we found out from Dave Braley at the time that the so called Cap was the floor.
But the modern version isn't really a Cap. Teams just have to pay a penalty.
