However, they did resign 5 nationals, including Coombs, who many thought would bolt for the Peg. I still stand by the fact Tristan O. signed for more money and all the great stories are coincidence or "cherries on the cake" stuff. The Bombers aren't saying his contract, so it's likely overvalued. I wouldn't be surprised if it's 150 000+ which is 20 000+ more than the reported Argos offer, which is enough for any player to play in Canada's most violent city. I thought the Argos offer was fair, keeping in mind they already have some big contracts on the line.
