Just putting this name on the Argos negotiation list has dominated the forum in the absence of Argos news. I sure hope news starts flowing soon from training camp, wherever that will be held?
Steve Beuerlein was a good backup and sometimes starting NFL QB from '88 to 2003. Probably the best Notre Dame pro post-Theismann.
EDIT - Not named Joe Montana of course. And you can argue Tom Clements was on Beuerlein's level, but I think we've debated Clements to death.
