He has made a few poor decisions (especially the play call on third and goal last week) but overall I've been very impressed by his demeanour, his intensity and his sense of confidence. And the Argo offence, despite some of its failings to date, is way more entertaining and aggressive than anything we have seen here in years. He pushes the ball downfield, uses two running backs, tries the odd gadget play. None of those things were part of the Milanovich-Trestman era.
