If he does leave, he could be doing Bob Young a huge favour, the caretaker wouldn't have to pay Austin's inflated salary to be the VP of standing around. As I've stated previously with June Jones making changes and Tillman officially taking over as GM a little while ago, there's really no point to keeping Austin around. A little surprised that the Alouettes haven't tried to speak with Austin.
Austin’s status in Hamilton took a major hit last season especially the way June Jones turned them around with basically the same on field personnel.
They have a capable GM/Coach tandem in place so where does he fit in?
The way he has treated people along the way leaves no room for sympathy in my books.
