I can proudly state that I have yet to watch Titanic in entirety.

Titanic was a good movie, not sure why people are so sour about it around here.
Logan is getting good early reviews. Your optimism may have been well founded, SnowRogue!
(FWIW, I also thought Titanic was pretty good)
An A- from Dowd?! That's very strong praise.
Finally saw "Fantastic Beasts" this past weekend - it was Fantastic.
Planning to watch Passengers, and or a film called "Wolyn" this upcoming weekend.
I finally saw Moonlight this week, and I understand the acclaim. What a beautiful movie!
Looking forward to seeing Churchill : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVOzMZ4IrMA
I admit I wanna see Baywatch : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Tv_Wavpsxw
[QUOTE=SnowRogue;108553]While I was never a Baywatch fan, the film just looks like a parody of the show, as I don't recall the show being/trying to be that comedic.[/QUOTE
The TV show wasn't meant to he comedic, but at the same time I don't remember if it was meant to be taken overly seriously. I suppose that it was in theory, but with Pamela Anderson and to a certain extent the Hoff it took on a life of its own.
The newest trailer has fueled my excitement about Blade Runner 2049, which is about six weeks away.
I was in LA earlier this week, and took the opportunity to watch Blade Runner 2049 in its natural environment.
Damn. That was really good!
Murder on the Orient Express was a fantastic film IMO, admittedly I'm a sucker for period themed films/shows, so I may be a bit biased.
The Greatest Showman I thought was a good film, but I could have done without Zendaya and Efron.
Justice League sucked, some great action it in, but the story was just bad IMO.
Planning to check out The Shape of Water, as I'm a big Guillermo del Toro fan.
I barely watch films but for some reason I go once a year to watch Star Wars. The Last Jedi was horrible for so many reasons.
Only part that was crap was the casino part. (and most of Finn and Rose) The rest was quite good and fit well with Star Wars lore. IMO ... The movie gets some bum rap from people being mad because it wasn't what they expected and they didn't look closely at what was being presented. Heck, a main theme in the movie was force projection and many still believe that Snoke actually was killed.
And everyone loved the Porg's. ;)
