More to it than that. After the Montreal debacle....changes started to be made in the back. Alexander in at S, Taylor at HB, Marston at OLB and more reps for Mike Jones (who had a great Cup game)...

Willy has a pretty good arm, and can be quire accurate, under the right circumstances. Those really didn't exist in the Peg, his first two years - sacked around 130 times, and taking couple hundred...
As far as Bishop, when he was in the Peg......could drive one crazy. He would play a game, where you would be saying "wow look at this guy!" This would be followed by 3 games of "what the hell is...
Macho is a good ST guy, but as an S, does not provide help over the top, takes bad angles, and whiffs on tackles in space.
Hurl is a good ST guy, but as a LB is not strong enough at point of attack,...
Up to now....MOS has been perceived as being too loyal to some under performing vets - Romby Bryant, EJ Kuale. Hurl, Neufeld, B. Johnson, Macho, et al. But with his contract up, this year....and...
Just to amplify your sailient points....
The interesting part in all this...is that the Bomber uptick, didn't start until they had a mess of injuries:
Macho gets hurt - replaced by a better...
Everyone talks about Bombers taking advantage of two rookie QB's. Funny thing, those guys are 4-1 against the rest of the league....
Looks like a potential ambush game for you guys....
So what is the skinny on this Portis fellow.....hopefully not another Boltus...
Good job Argos
Toronto's ability to generate lots of YAC from them high-percentage short passes (staple of Argo O) , was huge. That said...Rider tackling was abysmal, at times....
Well, last week...was last week. Expect bounce back game from Argos. Just as long as your guys throttle the Riders, until their faces.....turn Double Blue.
Go Argos!
Tough one. Both Bomber and Argo fans were rubbing their eyes, during this one.....if for vastly different reasons.
Other than kick coverage, wasn't much to criticize, from the ole Bomber...
Actually I have 0 problem with it, at all...
This is football not cricket. Some of the reaction to this thing, back in the Peg, is just a total joke.
As far as the upsides (physical facility):
Great sight lines, from anywhere in the place
Awesome scoreboards (same as in Texas Stadium)
Terrific main level concourse, that rings the entire...
Congrats on the win. Argos looked pretty sharp in most phases of the game. Bombers were poor, in the 1st quarter+.... then went to our 2nd tier guys......who looked essentally horrible, the rest...
For the Bombers...so far, it's been sort of like the perfect storm....
1. Lot of changes, which means some teething pains in terms of continuity....unless, of course it its also accompanied by a...
Not a real surprise, here:
The Riders certainly fill a glaring need...gaining some big pass rush potential. But, putting a steering wheel on OD's motor, repressing the penalties/blown contains,...
