Edmonton has 2 or 3 on dress roster, Winnipeg has 2, almost every team has 2-3 H/Fullbacks. The lone exception being Hamilton who had none until recently they drafted one so even they are changing....

Think he is capable of playing at any of the inside receiver spots and can be used there once in a while for a change of pace and keeping the defence off balance.
