Age now starts working against him as he is on the wrong side of 30, I believe. I don't expect Brescacin to be on a CFL roster beyond this season.
The Riders are pretty deep at receiver so this isn't a surprising move. Juwan Brescasin is buried very deep there too.
Yukon Cornelius? Where did that moniker come from, OV?
We shall see who is correct on this but I still expect Mitchell to sign with the Ticats.
I doubt Lapolice will ever get another head coaching job in this league; he will be back somewhere as an offensive coordinator though.
That was unthinkable at the start of this season.
Agreed. Their o-line wasn't anything special with Clark so I don't expect a lot of improvement with his return.
Steroids is what first came to my mind when I saw that too.
I honestly believe that it's the blocking that has been the problem in Toronto and not the returners.
Every team should be planning that way.
Which is what the Argos need to do with MBT.
$450k seems a little too steep for Fajardo at this point.
Messam seems very much to be on the downside of his career. I am surprised to see him on this list at all, let alone at #29.
Judge also had a notable Twitter meltdown last season. Good to see him recover from that.
I am not sure that I would agree with that assessment as the Riders took 79 players with them to that game and most of their "starters" did indeed play at least the first quarter. This is a team with...
The Riders looked brutal in B.C. tonight. Yes, I know it is only preseason but the Riders' best QB is now in Montreal and Chris Jones, after not finding a lot of players he liked in going through 100...
So, OV, you have come around on Marcel Desjardins and Rick Campbell then?
I question whether this will ultimately work. It's similar to what he did with the Argos' defence in 2013 and we all know that largely cost the Argos another Grey Cup berth. Conversely, in Edmonton,...
The Riders signed a tonne of free agents last year and have released many of those since. They have basically done this off-season what they did last off-season and it will take them most of 2017 to...
Lots of money being thrown around in Riderville.
This is my feeling as well. I can't believe that the Riders can't use a solid receiver like John Chiles.
Player was let go by Winnipeg just before the Riders released him. B.C. chose not to retain him either. His career may be nearing the end.
