I thought the Argos did well getting Woods where they did. Not sure there was a definite better player available. And I don't think anyone should expect a rookie lineman to start right away.
This trade probably can't be properly evaluated until the next 1-2 seasons. Unless for some reason Willy is released at the end or walks away during Free Agency, which I believe isn't until next...
I believe Ray's contract is somewhat good in terms of salary cap, since it's mostly bonuses.
If this trade was made before the game, I bet a lot of people wouldn't of known of who Heath was and probably not even aware of his 3 picks. The timing of the trade was interesting and I honestly...
He's still an unknown to me :p
I'm not exactly sure how much of a QB guru Milanovich is, but maybe this is something that Willy needs and will benefit from. This may not be as bad as first thought, if it works out. IF!
Sounds like the trade has been in the works for weeks but the Ray injury really sped things up.
I really don't know what's really going on with Ray. It's just not adding up.
I'm not sure if LeFevour could ever replicate his performance but I doubt Willy will come close to lighting it up here. And I'm usually the positive one at first!
For Drew Willy! Also gave up 1st pick in 2017 and 3rd in 2018. The worst possible trade. Plus, he was a huge salary.
Just when I thought he was someone we could count on in the backfield.
