A bit of passing the buck -- league says that Kelly is there at Argos' discretion and Pinball says that the league gave him permission to be there -- which is it?

Here's a second version which more effectively cuts the wind out.

I should put Pinball's media availability on here for the record.
Doing the bare minimum is not going to go over well in this situation.
A civil suit could, in theory, be dismissed, so it's not a question of win or lose. There is more than one reason that it can be dismissed, some of which that doesn't necessarily mean Kelly and/or...
I don't consider Howard Berger to be 'in the know' anymore.
It's unclear what he's actually doing. Is he actually wearing the red QB jersey or just lurking in the background?
There is evidently some sort of loophole (or interpretation) with regards to this suspension. The CFL says it is up to the Argos, and the Argos have interpreted it to mean that Kelly can be at...
I think the Ticats should just roll with Taylor Powell.
He had a longer career than both, but I kind of put him in the Tom Burgess/Danny Barrett category. He had some very decent seasons in the league, but I wouldn't put him on the pantheon.
I believe this as well, and I have a gut as to who some of those people might be, but will keep it to myself.
The investigation evidently found something that prompted the suspension. The report is apparently 87 pages long, and, we'll never see it, but I would assume Argos and Kelly get a copy.
Sure, however I cannot be on the site at all times to merge right away.
I have a few theories in my mind, but as you say without transparency as to the process, I'd just be spinning my wheels putting them down here.
Recall that it took Ray Guy (arguably the greatest...
The Argos do need a healthy Amos, but he isn't a candidate to replace either Peters or Stiggers at their specific positions, IMO.
While I disagree with it, I can understand slightly where the admins of that site are coming from. Part of the allure of that group is to be able to interact with CFL alumni, and I suppose the admins...
I'd be interested to see where Gerald Alphin and Stephen Jones fit in these rankings.
I don't have a problem with Craig promoting his candidacy, but had a problem with him going after other players in the effort to boost his candidacy.
There must be one, and only one play-caller on gameday.
Maybe they are tight as against the operations salary cap?
The first person I thought of when I saw the list of yesterday's inductees was Craig Ellis. If some of you participate on a certain Facebook group, you will know that Craig hasn't been shy in...
The 2024 Canadian football hall of fame inductees were announced today, and three former Argo players and one former Argo assistant coach will be inducted.
Chad Owens, of course, excited us for...
The Argos made this official yesterday.
Usama is still listed as head strength and conditioning coach. I don't see an assistant strength and conditioning coach listed.
This article HERE addresses some of the questions I had from Naylor's article, specifically that "The Argonauts claim throughout the 2023 season, head strength and conditioning coach Usama Mujtaba...
