I just don't ever see Crumb as a bona fide starter. I may be wrong, but he will really need to quicken up his delivery to be consistent. More of a change of pace #2 in my eyes.

If he signs, Brown will be handed the starters job. I guarantee it.
Saving on the roster bonus will save them cap space for sure. Roster bonus is counted against the cap, but with a smaller bonus, if they 6 game him once or perhaps twice, there won't be much of a hit...
The thig with Crumb, i don't ever see him as a viable #1. Everything about him reminds me of Chris Streveler. Gutsy, touch runner, but not a great passer. His delivery is way too slow.
I think they will also sign Dru Brown and Masoli will be a vet back up....as soon as he can return.
Maybe not the right personnel of what he likes to do. Sometimes, just a different voice makes a difference. I think they are both bright guys.
I blame that on personnel. I think he will do a good job.
I was pretty upset to see Bob Dyce (who I very much like) make the conservative move to kick an 8 yard FG with over a minute to play on Sunday. RedBlacks really had no business being in that game as...
Crunb's scrambling ability is making it easier for him as a passer. They essentially took Cam Judge out of the pass defence game as the Stamps were so worried about the scrambling ability that the...
I don't see him getting back into the line-up. Ellingson is better than him, and he's not replacing Mack.
If healthy, I see their starting 5 as (in no particular order) Philpot, Julien-Grant,...
I find it amazing you are naming missing RedBlack players that you have called overrated many times in the past. I guess only if it fits your narrative.
I still believe Montreal is finishing 2nd in the east. They have been without Philpot and Ellingson. When they return, their offence could be scary.
I think he will do well. He has a good team and coaching staff around him, and you can't teach athleticism, which he obviously has.
Ottawa's Savon Scarver also dropped a sure TD late in the 2nd quarter on what was Crumb's best throw of the game. On the turning point play, Collaros gets the pick on his stat line, but that was 100%...
Argo57’s fault.
IMO, it's more management than fans. Fans is an easy cop out.
Goes back to what I said earlier. There is a lot of QB talent to go around, but teams don’t seem to have the patience to let them develop. Far too often they throw them in when they are not ready...
I don't know how hard Masoli actually worked. He looked way above his listed weight of 215 lbs to me. It's sad that such a good person has to go down this way, and I'm not saying weight is the reason...
It would be very CFLish to give up on Crum and assume his passing game will not be good. For a first appearance, likely getting no practice reps, I thought he did fine. too many QB's have had their...
Exact same scenario for the Ti-Cats last week, I mean EXACT. Played Sunday, then Friday to play a team coming off a bye. Why this game couldn't have been played Sunday or Monday is beyond me.
Makes me laugh when I think of all the arguments I had at games with people about MBT vs Arbuckle. On the bright side, I did throw out some good insults towards these people that had our section...
Bob Irving tweeted that his contract is 2 years for 500k. That is steep for an o-lineman, no matter how good he is.
Having said that, I don’t think the Argos win the Grey Cup without the addition of...
His numbers over 45 are actually not very good. It's no secret that the kickers that attempt the highest amount of long FG attempts have the worst percentages in the league, that being Bede and...
He’s a younger guy too. Maybe grooming him to be a HC one day
Benevides is a good coach. I am really surprised by this move. Defence was not their problem in 2022.
