Tabbies to play 2013 in Guelph (mostly)

Good for guelph. i feel like 15k for seating is kinda bush... but hopefully it's just for the year (and they don't pull a Winnipeg and take an entire extra year to build the new IWS)

Like the idea of Guelph. I'm hoping they would atleast move Labour day classic here though. I'm sure it would do well in sales.

I would hope they'd do at least 1 game in Moncton, maybe 2. Heck, have the Ti-Cats host a season opener in Moncton and then another game there in the first week of October.

Serves the Ticats right, both the city and Ticats made the dumbest decision since the City of Toronto and BMO Field.

Should have built the stadium at Confederation Park, blame Councillor Chad Collins for that, originally pulled Confed Park out of the running to protect and ensure green space, yet not even a month after the lease between the Ticats and City was signed, he comes out with the grand plan to create a large scale business and entertainment district.

I agree with SnowRogue. Pack of Morons! Could have kick started the area down there. Guelph the Argonauts old training camp. Have some fun memories from the 91 camp in particular.

I live in Milton so Guelph is good for me. The stadium is on the outskirts of the city with lots of parking. 1995 was the last time the Argos held training camp in Guelph. I do hope they'll play the Labour Day Classic at SkyDome but with the Jays playing there the day before, I'm not sure if it's possible. Perhaps they could make it a night game. Moncton also sounds good to me for 1 or 2 games.

For sure. Staying right where they were was always the Ticats first priority throughout the process. Yup ... serves them right for not wanting a better location.
