    About to fly with Robert Gordon

    .

    You heard me......

    On the same flight from Charlotte to Toronto. Nice guy, he noticed my head-to-toe Argo gear and came to say hi. I only really started paying attention to the Cfl in 2007, so I didn't recognize him at all.

    Which reminds me, I met Zeke Moreno in Vegas at the Encore Beach Club back in May. That was a little more random.

    Looking forward to being home in the T Dot!

    Ask him which guitarist he enjoyed working with more -- Link Wray or Chris Spedding.

    Oh, that was the other Robert Gordon. I remember yours as Bobby, but he did change to Robert later in his career.

    Hee, hee; glad somebody knows of that other Robert Gordon - i have that album - Fresh Fish Special - with Link Wray and it's fantastic (what a guitarist; and Gordon is a great singer); and hey - whatever happened to our bass player from Ottawa / Argo fan who used to post here ???

    The other Robert Gordon was a pretty decent CFL receiver.

    Bobby Gordon was a decent receiver...played on several teams throughout the 90's including T.O. I remember him as an Ottawa Roughrider also.

    Just looked up his Bio and did not realize he spent his last 4-5 years in the league with a decent Bombers team....which had decent receivers in those years from Arland Bruce to Geroy Simon.

    I have a Bobby/Robert Gordon Ottawa Rough Riders black game worn jersey from 1991. It has B. Gordon on the back.
