Finally! Argonauts Bikinis!! In WAL-MART!!!

Hello, ye happy Argo fans!!!

For so long, we Argo fans have been getting the shaft when it comes to team merchandise. Case in point, all the western teams, plus the Bombers, have official bikinis, and we Torontonians have been SOL. I've complained about the lack of Argo merch, and more specifically, the lack of an Argo bikini, for years!

Not anymore!

I was at Wal-Mart with the fiancee, in Etobicoke across the Queensway from Sherway Gardens, and wandered into the bikini section (as I'm known to do...) when I come face to face with a whole rack (hehehe) of these official CFL Toronto Argonauts Bikinis:

The fiancee saw my face and knew there would be no argument

There were still lots there, in all the sizes, in case anyone else is interested.

Oh, happy day!

sweet....my wife will buy one for sure! although, it'll be hard for me to go back to that walmart, since the one on dixie/dundas opened

interesting, the dixie/dundas wally world always seems to have less stuff than the queensway location. surprised to see bikinis on sale in DECEMBER!!

Anyhow it's difficult enough to get my wife into a bikini. She won't but a Stamps one which is her team so this one will be a no go. Perhaps if we're luck enough to get waterfront in the kawarthas she'll get one.

Cool. Everyone should buy at least two!

One for the Woman, and one for the Man; chop the Man one in two at the cleavage separating thread, and use one half as an eye-patch, and the other half as a jock-strap/athletic supporter! (May have to embellish/stretch out, the straps.)

We got it covered here....

If it gets really cold, players can also always wear the bikini bottoms in the traditional "bikini way", over top of their football trousers (don't call them pants, Brits will laugh at you), over top of their jock-protectors, and use them as hand-warmers. Or wear them this way during the next "pink" socks/gloves games (in support of breast-cancer research). Now that, would be a statement!

It's a start I suppose.
Too bad there is not an entire merchandise section in the major stores for the Argos and CFL to include a DVD of the Grey Cup and all just in time for the brisk Christmas shopping?
