Right then.
Just a reminder, for new readers/viewers of this Forum ;
Please hit the "Full-Screen" button, on the bottom right-hand corner, to enable Full-Screen.
Also, I would seriously recommend, that you crank this music up, to your up-most ability.
It really helps. It really helps the Groove, to get happening.

Gawd, I thought the Babe would never pass out.
I must get ready for a new day. While the Women sleep,
we Men wrestle with ways, to make their lives more exciting.

Right then.
With the hopeful permission of the audience, I would like to hijack this thread I started ;
actually, my intent is to add another dimension to it....
The Evolution of Rock (the condensed version of the story) :
I grew up listening to Kick-Ass Rock 'n' Roll, but before that it was Seventies Hard Rock:
Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Black Sabbath.
Hard Rock's roots were The Blues.
Then in the mid-Seventies, some Rock started to become more "Glam" (Glamourous Rock), and as a full-fledged affront,
to this direction, Punk Rock reacted with a big middle-finger eff-you.
I'm not a Punk Rocker, but man, I really love some Punk Rock music, from then, up until now....
New Wave was a softer-edged Punk, and it is legitimate as its own form of music (genre), as was Glam, but baby,
You really know if the music moves you, when you feel it in your soul.
What they call "Alternative", or "New Rock", seems to me to take the best from the past, and go off in its own
wicked direction.
Today's music has the privilege, and the honour, of drawing from the best of the past,
and from the unpredictable brilliance, of the future.
************************************************** ******
Just finished watching the movie "Almost Famous", which is a story about a young man who gets a chance,
to be a Rock writer/journalist, while following a Seventies band, and this movie reminded me,
of what Seventies Rock was about. Even though I was just getting into it, at the time.
************************************************** ******
I love that we still have music, and I love the fact that it is never going away.
As stated above, in the first post, please feel free to play your favourite tunes, here....
I will continue, the onslaught.
And oh yeah, I'm gonna have a wee puff, of the good stuff,
and hope that the beer in the fridge holds out.
Tradition demands no less.
