    Maybe I didn't properly appreciate his extraordinary contribution to our interior line last year. Or, he's a young and talented guy who briefly dipped below the NFL radar before re-establishing his credentials at latitude 44. Hmm.

    According to Dave Naylor he signed a contract guaranteeing him $655K, second only to Cam Wake for a CFLer going south. Wonder if people will still complain he helped us win the Grey Cup?

    I'm very sad to lose him but I knew it would happen at the end of next year if not this year. I was just hoping we might keep him to shore up our interior for one more year before he went to the NFL. However, I'm thankful for his major contribution towards us winning the Grey Cup game with his dominant play.

    yep, he gets that money no matter what! He just turned his CFL season into almost 750K when you factor in his play off and grey cup bonus pay.
