All sorts of rumblings on twitter that he's headed to Saskatchewan. As good as he played later in the year I'm not crying over his loss.

don't get me wrong... i still hope that somehow Jones and Foley can come together and decide to work at defending our championship together in 2013...

but the prospect of Area 51 driving the mods and posters crazy on RF and CFL.ca (due to his stance on Durant and his signature) is almost too much entertainment value to pass on.

Have I mentioned that I hate the Riders!! So all of this playing at home...blah..blah..blah is a pack of BS. Or does Barker just not want him? You can't keep rebuilding every friggin year. Looks like a whole new D again.

It is never official until Ricky puts his name on the dotted line. You only have to ask the Lions about that.

I liked Ricky but his twitter comments and his brother have probably dented my impression of him especially after he blocks me from twitter when I never even said anything to him or about him. My account is in no way related to this account so there's no way to link me unless Area51 is actually behind his twitter account lol. I remember Alex Buzbee's was done by his brother or cousin pretending to be him for jokes. No real loss if Lee can come in and play to Jones' system.

Still boils down to simple questions like "is he actually any good (any more) and if he is why isnt he still in TOR " ?

i dunno zontar. i think he could still have a good season or two as a rush end in him. and if he does, good for Taman and the Riders.

but for the Chris Jones defence he was a square peg who didn't like trying to fit in a round hole... so down the road he goes.

How many years in a row can you rebuild with a bunch of CFL rookies on D and hope to win the Cup. It took a while for things to gel last year. What if your rookies don't learn fast enough? At thios point we all better hope that Barker and Jones are the second coming of Wally Buono who ALWAYS fills the holes.

Here's Hoping. I'm never buying an Argo jersey with a guys name and number on it though.

I am not surprised at all by this. Jones recruits his own guys, doesn't even need or like the GM doing it for him and I have no doubt our D will be as good or better than last year. Foley is a one trick pony and an average one at that. We were paying him Owens money for 3 sacks last season and two of those were giveme. Foley was probably the most overpaid guy in the league last year when you look at production. If Jones had wanted him back he would still be here. He probably took 75 000.00 a year and a free room in Taman's trailer park.

I'm hoping they liked what they saw out of Lee last year. I'm not happy with the Kuale issue much either.

If Foley is bigger than the team, then the Argos are better off without him. You would think that a championship - which is what it is supposed to be all about - would have made him understand once and for all that football is a team game and that his needs are secondary to the team's needs but I guess that he still doesn't get it. Chamblin's defence in Hamilton didn't allow Stevie Baggs to be the rush end that he wanted to be so I am skeptical about Foley finding his paradise there but, regardless, his attitude will not be missed in Toronto.

Interested to see who we bring in to play DL as basically everyone from last year is gone. Both our lines are starting to concern me.
