    I believe Ottawa can only draft Canadian underclassmen, not an American they show.

    DeNarius McGhee is an underclassman (a junior)... i don't know that he's a non-import though... and if he is, i can't see them taking an NI QB.

    Yeah - and unless that QB is an NI somehow, or else Ottawa is allowed to draft import underclassmen somehow = totally undermines this guy's effort to put out a mock CFL draft; I appreciate the effort but if you have no clue on the CFL draft rules ... ???
