Well, we've signed 3of 4 draft picks.... Sewell is not signed yet.

Interesting to note that the Argos also signed Prinsen, an OL from Queens. Makes one wonder if Sewell will be signed before training camp.

Is our Prinsen related to Tim Prinsen, who was a fine offensive lineman for Hamilton and Edmonton, and is now the Esks' offensive line coach?
Chad Kelly + Dan Adeboboye + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force

I think this is part of the NFL's maneuvering to eventually go to an 18-game regular season.
BS is right .... Here's an article that seems to indicate the NFL is planning on moving the combine date as well.

..... Maybe that will work out , if the NFL combine dates and draft dates are too close to ours, the players may have to commit to one or the other. Perhaps it will be in the CFL interest to allow a player to claim themselves as a " future" if they are planning on trying the NFL route. It will be very difficult to determine who is able to attend training camp and sign players if the NFL draft is so close to training camp. .... declare yourself a " future" pick , get selected by a team and see ya next year.

The Prinsen from Queens is no relation to Tim Prinsen of the Eskimoes. I asked that question last year to a family member. Josh Prinsen is listed as being 6'7 but looks more about 6'4. From watching the combine one on one's he has to get stronger in the upper body, as he did seem over matched by the big DL's like Charles, but he showed good speed for a lineman. He will likely go back to Queens for a 5th year and work on things the Argo Coaches recommend from training camp. I think his future pro positions would be at guard or center though instead of OT.
