i wouldnt...he was dumped for a reason, and i think the team would look like a joke going back to him...
We've moved away from that so I say, NOOOO!!!!
The ship has sailed on Cory Boyd. The Argos brought in Chris Jennings from Montreal to play alongside Curtis Steele who was Kackert's back-up. I'm happy going with those two for now.

As big of a Boyd fan as I am, there's no way in hell that happens.
Ain't happening. They said just yesterday that the first job of the RB is protecting the QB, that was the reason why they released him.
They don't care as much about the running game as long as the QB is safe.
Looks like Swayze Waters is posting here.
I believe that Boyd is currently running a personal training (?) business in the Toronto area so I am guessing that he is trying to stay in shape as he runs that. Ottawa could do worse than Boyd but running backs tend to be the easiest position to find productive players at. I would imagine that Desjardins figures that he can find someone younger and cheaper than Boyd. There will likely also be some good backs available in the expansion draft.

Bring back Cory Boyd...
I would ask ...Who?....or Why?
That was a long time ago and science and technology has advanced so much since this Corey person was on the team.
The only reason to bring him back is so the guys who bought Boyd jerseys could bring them out of their Argo junk pile, and wear them.
If plan 'A' was any good, we wouldn't need a plan 'B'

Boyd is probably teaching a "Victimology 101" course at any community college...God knows he's qualified, seeing as he continually whined publicly throughout his entire tenure here, whether it was about his cheque or his playing time.....I knew the Argos were contenders for the Grey Cup last year and found a great coach in Milanovich, the day they released Boyd...Kavis Reed, must have noticed that too as he did not last long in Edmonton, either.
I thought Boyd was coaching youth football with Jordan Younger in a company owned by former Argos Anthony Cannon?
