This is very much the offset field that I predicted a long time ago. The grass field length is 117 yards. The soccer field will be centred between the ends of the east and west grandstands. The football field will, however, be offset 12 yards to the south relative to the grandstands. The south endzone of 17 yards is entirely grass with a 6 yard turf run-off behind it. The north endzone is however entirely turf with a 7 yard (also turf runoff behind it). The 55 yard line is about 6 yards north of the centre of the grandstands.

I wonder if there will be any competitive disadvantage to trying to score across goal line that is a grass to turf transition, as opposed to an all grass goal line ?

I suppose that you could add 3 yards of grass to the south touch-line, and 3 yards of turf to the north touch-line to make the endzones 20 yards each, but we have no idea of what foundation constraints they may be working with in these areas,
One oar still in the water !

Once the TFC season starts I'll look in to it further.
Were you ever able to confirm if all the staff @ BMO Field are unionized?

I am not able to confirm all the staff at BMO Field are unionized. It appears concession staff are MLSE employees though vs. outsourced like at Rogers Centre with Aramark. It also appears that many MLSE staff are unionized.

didn't seem to be any difference in moncton, which had fieldturf endzones.
Dline might have advantage if the turf starts at the goal line (moncton turf started 3 yards into endzone IIRC)

I am pretty sure that the big BMO Field sign just south of the Gardiner has changed-- it no longer has a "Home of TFC" attachment on top of the video screens that I am sure has been there for a few years. Having driven by there so often, I always wondered what they would do with that once the Argos moved in, and hoped that both teams' logos would be put up. Now, it looks like neither will be there. You can spot part of it in the right hand pic here... but now it is gone.

"Home of Gods team, the 16 time World Champion Toronto Argonauts" would be a start!!

Didn't Phase 3 get rolled into Phase 2? I believe work on Phase 2 has already started.

Phase III has begun as well.
The argos dressing rooms are probably finished by now and are under the east stands. Argos will be on the east sidelines.

The north stands will be demo'd. First 6 rows of southend go as well.

If you go by the stadium work has begun on the foundation for the giant roof posts. haven't seen any construction workers yet.

Section 107 is Centre Field for Argos games. Aisle between 123/124 is centre field on westside.

I'm looking for mid-to-upper 107 so i don't get rained on. Just above the maple leaf.

    Are you surprised ?

http://www.podbean.com/media/share/p...5cnZiE.twitter Argos talk starts just after the 29:30 mark.

Jamie Thomas also discusses Braley a bit, the lack of marketing, Bell and Tanenbaum having to do some work, BMO should help and how they have to use BMO to sell the live game day experience for the Argonauts.

Thanks for posting. I really need to look for more CFL podcasts. Some sound very amateurish, but this one is very good.

I've heard the north is fully going (Picture 1) but the south it's only the first 6 rows (Picture 2). The first 6 rows will be either retractable or movable.
