No,there is not. The Glazers, for example, own the Tampa Bay Bucs and Manchester United.

Oh AT Despite all the stats and proof people have provided, you still can not accept that the NFL is not the same as it was in the early 90's. That's ok, you are the one stubbornly depriving yourself of good football. It is the same argument I use when NFL only fans discredit the CFL. Sure, there is lots of reasons one might have to justify disliking one league, but entertainment is not one of them. I really believe that if you love and understand gridiron football, there is no reason to not enjoy both leagues.

I choose to follow and invest in the only true Canadian league left in this country which remains a tradition like no other sport.
At the same token forces within our own country are attempting to destroy same with threats of importing the big elephant that lurks in the room.
In my own way as a form of protest, not only do I not watch this product which previously did not meet my entertainment value test, a further economic protest against the owner of said unfriendly take over being Rogers is exercised.
It's too bad more people do not follow my lead and attempt to educate themselves properly for not only the entertainment but historical and nationalistic values.
After all the brand of football played in the CFL is like no other.

Interestingly, Leiweke hints that the government wants this done by July of 2015 for the Pan Ams, which shifts the emphasis away from MLSE as being the main driver. Also, the two stage idea is interesting, as well-- 2015 for the expansion, 2016 for the roof. Winter classic in 2017, Grey Cup in 2018 (which makes me think Winnipeg 2015, Hamilton 2016, Ottawa 2017 for the sesquicentennial, then new Saskatchewan stadium for 2019).

If that is indeed the case, maybe the rumoured end of the Bills in Toronto is linked to the BMO expansion-- Argos into BMO by 2015, which means the Jays can covert to grass for the 2015 season, meaning that this might be the last year of the Bills (if there even is one this year). Once the Jays go to grass, the baseball configuration will be made permanent.

I am coming to be more and more in favour of this move....

Braley could but he has also stated that he plans to sell the Argos within the next few years and there hasn't exactly been a lineup of buyers over the last 25 years for this team.
