    CBC feature on the 1982 Montreal Concordes

    I found this memorable feature about the '82 Montreal Concordes from CBC's The Journal in CBC's archives: http://www.cbc.ca/archives/categorie...concordes.html

    This was definitely a low point in Montreal's football history and it is nice to see how far they have come from this time when Montreal had NFL-envy.

    No way a team would allow that now. Far more media saavy, controlling the message etc. Teams are even bypassing media now to get message out like - Leafs TV etc.
