Neither of them are great but Bell hasn't put a statue of an executive outside a sports stadium or tried to negatively impact the CFL and the Argos so that puts Bell a little bit higher in the plus column than Rogers in my books. I'm not a Bell or Rogers costumer.

That's how I see it as well T-Bone, they both suck, Bell just sucks a little less.

Hopefully it is announced before the start of training camp, the Argonauts fanbase needs something to reach for. If I were TanenBELL, I would push that it's the final season at the dome and in order to get primary selection rights for BMO you need season tix for the last year at the skydome.

Braley said a couple of months ago that he hoped to complete a deal before summer so this is not inconsistent with that earlier comment. I agree, AV, that Braley coming out and saying this pretty much ensures that we will soon see an announcement.

Your right on, that of course would be a great marketing move and the Argos don't do marketing. Let's hope the new owner does

I can remember a few times over the years that the dome could not open to due an upcoming or recent concert, despite the beautiful weather outside.

I remember the Calgary game last year being a sweat box even with the dome open. Nice airflow in there. The only airflow were Finn's trouser coughs from two rows below.

I was watching the morning edition of Sportsnet's news this morning, and before going to commercial around 8:26am, they had a short comment saying that their sources tell them the Argos sale to an "MLSE" group will happen in the middle of this week. Let's hope that this is finally over.

My suspicion is that not only will the Argos be in BMO next season but so will the 2016 Grey Cup game.
