He showed promise in 1986 and 1987 when the QB corps was a bit unstable. I know he got hurt during the 1987 season, but he disappears after this. Was his injury that devastating?

TORONTO ARGONAUTS FOOTBALL CLUB
GREY CUP CHAMPIONS: 1914, 1921, 1933, 1937, 1938, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1950, 1952, 1983, 1991, 1996, 1997, 2004, 2012, 2017, 2022
I don't particularly remember his injury but it must have happened late in the '87 season as he did not play in the playoffs or Grey Cup. I really can't remember what happened to him. Pernell Moore, on the other hand, did suffer a devastating injury in '88 after looking like he could be a dominant CFLer for years to come.
Cameron Dukes + Dan Adeboboye + Kevin Mital + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force
Joiner wasn't much more than a decent to average CFL receiver IMO - 2 seasons with average at best type receiving numbers; but maybe he would have developed into a star CFL receiver if he had stayed around/healthy.
Pernell Moore flashed "dominant" type CFL receiving skills Ravi? - i musta missed a lot of those games (though i doubt it ;o) )
