Inman gives high praise to the CFL and the Argos.

“It’s a very good league, and a professional league,” he explained. “I was in a professional organization with a lot of guys who fell just short of making the NFL. So they have a lot of talent. It’s very close to the NFL like that. So the talent level is up there, and it helped me learn how to be a pro. It helps you develop your game.”

Feature on Dontrelle Inman here and he also caught a touchdown in San Diego's pre-season opener against the Cowboys.

It's too bad because we could sure use #11 right now.

I thought Armond Armstead was forced to retire due to his health?

I really enjoyed that feature about Inman and Cordarro Law and their CFL experiences with Mike McCoy chiming in. A nice TD play by Inman as well. I think that Inman will have a successful career down there. Thanks for posting.

Cory Greenwood has been released by the Lions. Happened early enough in camp that I assume there won't be high demand for him from other NFL teams. JB needs to be on the phone to his agent already.

Agreed. Hopefully his injuries haven't taken away from his athletic abilities too much.

Inman has been healthy but inactive so far, but Marcus Ball made his NFL debut last night with the Saints. He appears to have played only on special teams and did not record any stats.

Good stuff. I saw him throw down a returner on punt coverage this past week.
