    I don't think that what Ottawa did or did not do in this game has much bearing on what happened last week. I think we have to write off that game last week as "one of those things" as I have little doubt that the Argos are a better team than the Bombers. Over the course of the season, that will be borne out.

    Perhaps because one of their starters ( Greaves I think) went down early, so their rookie draft pick Goosen went in ..... 21 yrs. old? But I think that will be the problem the bombers will have eventually, depth is lacking.
    I can see the bombers going 3-0 as they face the ALS next week.

    I hate to agree with Suitor, but he was bang on when he said Ottawa had a huge advantage because they had actual game film on the Bombers while the Bombers didn't have any true game film on the RedBlacks. I was thinking about that but still decided to take Winnipeg in the pool.

    IMO, it was probably the worst thing for Ottawa going up like they did in the first. After that they couldn't adjust or get out of that game plan. Winnipeg just slowly picked away.

    I actually think I gave Ottawa the kiss of death last night. Moments after tweeting that it looked like "Good Henry" showed up last night, he barely completed any more passes the rest of the game. We got both Good and Bad Henry in the same night.

    It is early but I never understood why B.C. was the favourite among oddsmakers to win the Grey Cup this year. I have picked them for third in the west but I wouldn't be shocked to see them drop to fourth behind the Esks.
