East:

Toronto
Hamilton
Montreal
Ottawa

West:

Calgary
Saskatchewan
British Columbia
Edmonton
Winnipeg

I do think that Edmonton is a wild card of sorts out west and, as I am not sold on B.C., I could see the Esks move up a little in that division. I don't believe that Saskatchewan will be as good this year with the losses of Dressler and Sheets and could see them slipping to third. B.C. is the team that I have the most difficulty predicting and I could see them finish anywhere from 2nd to 4th depending on how well Kevin Glenn plays as I don't expect Travis Lulay to play much, if at all, during the first half of the season.

In the east, I see the Argos battling with Hamilton for first but I don't count out the Als even though they seem to be in a state of flux currently. Could Ottawa move up and finish ahead of Montreal? I doubt it but anything is possible. I wouldn't be surprised to see the RedBlacks finish ahead of Winnipeg in the overall standings.
