Not yet. Next year though I definitely will be a STH. The atmosphere at the dome just didn't compel me to spend on season tickets. Went to a few live games and honestly totally turned me off the team. I can see why the Argos have such a small rapport within the city as a whole... the games just simply aren't very fun to go to if you are not a die-hard fan.

I still watch the games though, but laid back on the couch with a cold beverage in my hand. But next year that will all change... I'm really excited for what BMO can bring to this team. Maybe spark a fire that has been missing in the fanbase for a number of years.

Cats won with cheaper tix and better place to watch a game. Plus developed a group of "section" friends at the game that never occurred in Toronto.
I wondered where you guys went.

On and off since the early 2000s, though I would buy lots of single game tix in the 1990s.

I am no longer an Argo Season Ticket holder. I stopped last year after having ST for 42 years - 4 tickets. I discontinued due to increasing difficulty getting to games at the age of 70.

Yes, but we also have a place in the Okanagan, BC. We still managed to get to 3 Argo games last year, but only 2 at the Dome.

Giving this Thread a bump to see who is going to get season tickets now that we're leaving the Rogers Centre for BMO Field?

Currently we have 2 seats at the Rogers Centre, have put deposits down for 4 seats at BMO Field - provided that we can get a location that we want.

A buddy and me have had seats for many years. I put down a deposit on a third seat for next year. Thinking of bringing a different person to each game.

I've been a STH for about eight years now - 2 seats.
I will be dropping down to one seat next year. Can't always find someone to join me, so why waste a ticket?
I hope that some supporters' sections get established as I would probably sit in one of those sections with other dedicated Argonauts fans.

not a season tix holder as I only get limited visits to TO and just buy gameday when I can. Am open to some sort of flex pack for the summer portion of the schedule though.

same for me. Always had 3 seats and try to bring different friends each Argo game. Have had 3 seats in 217 since 1994 (that's pre-Flutie!)
    PS
really enjoyed those SkyDome flashbacks during the Bombers game, we have had many great times over the years.
Remember those "See You on the Field" post-game? maybe this should be a new String...

I have two tickets for next year ... have been a season ticket holder for about 6 years.... I kind of use my tickets like a flex pack.... sometimes I have three or four at a game .... sometimes its just me... the Argo Front office guys are pretty good about letting me change my tickets.... about once a year Its difficult to make it to the games so I give my tickets to a local boys girls club in Scarborough... They are always very happy to get tickets ...

I am wondering why you guys have paid a deposit for your season tickets for next year at BMO. I was told by the Argo rep that only new potential season ticket holders were required to put a deposit in. I have been a season ticket holder for maybe 15 years and have not paid any deposit, but will definitely be continuing with my two seats next year.

Family had 3 STH from mid-1960s. Grandfather, Dad & Uncle attended. Went down to 2 in the 70s when my Dad & I went to the games. When Dad died in 1983 I kept them going until 1990. In 2008, when my son (age 7) became a rabid Argos fan and we got a pair of STH in Section 111 right behind Argos bench. Tried one year in Level 200, but my son was too lively for the gentry up there and moved back to Section 111. Had 3 STH tickets last year, but found it a hassle finding a third to join us, - especially with the SkyDome schedule. Back to 2 tickets this year. Will carry them over to BMO. My son and I often see as many more away games as home games. Like the flexible nature of current ST? Often travel in August and get a couple of extra pairs for the fall.

My rep called and asked me for a deposit to save priority on seating. I almost laughed, but decided to do it anyway. I've been a ST holder for most years since '80 or '81 with a couple of exceptions in the 90's when I was able to buy a book with a bunch of 2 for 1 coupons for $20. It was a great deal.

Had seasons from 82 to 02 missing one game in that time. Moved west for 11 years and since we've been back we've had seasons for two years. Next year we're going to pass. We'll come to a few games and stay in town. Hopefully afford a few road trips like Vancouver. If it looks like a blast we'll revisit having seasons for 2017.
