    O'Shea must like him as he would have seen Portis up close all last year. What I have seen of Portis at TC and practice he is very mobile and has a good arm. Unless one of Winnipeg's QB's are injured, I thought they had decided on their current 1,2,3. I would think Portis will be moved onto the game day roster once he is healthy and ready to go.

    It is a shame that Portis was injured in training camp as that really sunk him with the Argos. I would have been interested in seeing what he could do in his second year with the Argos. I got the impression that Barker and the coaching staff liked Portis' potential so I am sure that O'Shea is thrilled to have him.
