    Scott Mitchell is back

    We added him (and DB Donald Washington) to the PR today. Mitchell was a surprising early camp cut, leading to speculation that he just didn't want to play football badly enough. Maybe he changed his mind, or perhaps he was rehabbing a nagging injury this whole time.
