There's theoretically an Argo forum on the cfl.ca boards.

As you know, Argofans is not always my 'cup of tea', but it is a steadfast, loyal and informative part of the Argo scene - to my mind, one of the most vital parts of the present Argo experience. Perhaps you are thinking of the interactive portion of Argonauts.ca, which was cancelled two years ago. Not aware of any other.

cfl.ca has forums ("fora", excuse me) for each team including a (relatively lightly used) Argos one -
