It wouldn't surprise me to see both Toronto and Hamilton win this weekend. If Sunseri continues to struggle you never know what Ottawa might do although a RedBlacks win might be a stretch even then.

I can honestly see less than 20 combined points in this game. RedBlacks D has been pretty good, and 2 of their last 3 home games have both resulted in less than 20 points being scored.

You could almost lump the Calgary game in there too, except for that 6 minute stretch in the 4th quarter, the defense played well.
If the offense had gotten any kind of momentum or even a few first downs or actually scored the result could have been different.

No Doubt. If the RedBlacks find any type of offence, they will be a pretty good team.

My understanding is that, like Ottawa's stadium, there is a lot of room to move around at Hamilton's new stadium so that you don't necessarily have to stay in your seat to watch the game.

Honestly, I expected a Hamilton victory on Saturday night which is why I felt that it was so important for the Argos to win in Vancouver. I wouldn't be surprised to see Hamilton win their game in hand next week too.

After I posted that, it seemed like all the seats filled up again. Edmonton seems to be returning back to earth after a quick start. No excuse losing to a team that did not have a running back after the first play of the game.

Adrias Bowman has to be the worst league leading receiver in CFL history.

A few rain squalls moved in during the game and I don't think many people brought raincoats because the rain wasn't anticipated until after the game was finished. Many people probably went to buy a poncho or take shelter underneath the concourse. As Ravi points out, there is a lot of room to move around at Hamilton's new stadium and the concourse on the east side at least is open to the field so fans could treat it as standing room.

Both Edmonton and Hamilton had virtually no running game yesterday. The Ticats were playing a converted LB at that spot. I thought the Ticats were done after they were still trailing after the 3rd. Edmonton seemed successful at moving the ball with the wind in the 2nd, but the Ticats defense completely shut them down and the Ticats offense was very successful moving into the wind. The scariest part of Hamilton's team is the way their defense is playing right now. We haven't seen was a completely healthy Argos offense can do against them yet, but the way they shut down Saskatchewan (yes I know Durant was out) and Edmonton was very impressive. The two October games are crucial obviously because the Argos can ill-afford to have to go through Tim Hortons Field in the playoffs.

Almost an east sweep ... almost.
Ya, there were a few flags that were left inside the officials pockets when it came to Sask. yesterday.
