Interestingly this looks like Argo coaching staff playing chess. Bring in the heavy artillery for the last third of the season to make a playoff run. Brilliant move by Barker and Milo if you ask me.
Argos can really use his blocking skills in pass protection. No secret that when Ray has time, the Argos passing game is very tough to stop.
It's us vs the rest of the country

Kackert hurt his leg during practice. I am at a loss why significant injuries continue to befall this football team on the practice field.

One of the articles about Durie's latest injury mentioned "Hard Turf" at the Practice Facility.
Just another day in Argoland....frustrating...
Although it would be great to see Kackert return it remains a long shot at best.
I really hope he doesn't ruin his quality of life long term with another serious leg injury.
Kackert, pulled hammy 4-6 weeks according to CFL.ca
I don't think he should bother for this season. Another full off season or rehab and conditioning and then push it for one more kick at the can next year!
I'm not sure that we really needed Kackert anyway. It would have been wonderful if he had returned in top form and made Slaton redundant, but did anyone really expect that to happen?
I agree with Stevoman - wait for 2015, CK.
A kind of thing that can make you or break you.
I hope he decides to try another comeback.
Argos have released Chad Kackert.
