definitely sounds like a good idea..... of course reality sets in , we are in Canada with long travel times..... and you have just left UAlberta and UBC in the CW tier 2 on their own.
If there was a TV contract that could help with the costs there may be a way of having the 2 tiers with alot of travel (like in the NCAA) the division you listed would be sustainable. But .... we know that a contract like that is not forthcoming anytime soon. CIS set up a 5 yr contract with rogers .... but it includes all sports (which is CIS concern and goal) so they basically do only playoffs. And since there is no Atlantic tv , or Shaw tv or RDS that can pick up the slack in Ont. thats why there is only OUA TV. No sportsnet coverage for any football games in Ont except for playoffs. (and their production is much to be desired)
