    Duron Carter NFL-bound

It doesn't look like Duron Carter will have any trouble landing NFL work after this CFL season and he could possibly walk right into a starting position: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/writer/...r-duron-carter
Chad Kelly + Dan Adeboboye + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force

I wonder who had the job of telling Rod Black, imagine stunned silence then hysterical weeping!

Well, Rod will get one last chance to call a Duron Carter game next week.

Maybe Rod will follow him south. I was watching the Raptors last week, which was the first time in 12 years they were on TNT and Charles Barkley and Rod Black seemed to be going back and fort all night with the shout outs.

Rod Black can grow back his mustache and make some "movies" in Miami.

Rod Black could fall in the ocean and disappear. Carter can just piss off to the NFL.

WTF ??? - some people - including some football "scouts" - get sucked in by a lot of hype and don't really watch much on field football action i guess ???

Duron Carter barely had a CFL 1000 yd.season this past year - and yeah the guy has some speed, good size and has made a few spectacular catches - to go along with a number of drops and some very ordinary play - he is NOT even close to a great CFL receiver in all-time or even great single season regards (how many CFL receivers over the past few decades have had bigger seasons and how many of them got handed an NFL super-heroes league starting job ?)

Not that I will be surprised at all if there are a number of NFL teams very interested in signing this "son of hall of famer Chris Carter" (CFL village idiot Rod Black should be this guy's agent)- he might be in for a great NFL career if he gets a fave-boy type shot. And BTW - Adarius Bowman was probably a higher rated receiver coming out of US college ball a number of years back (#1 rated receiver in all of US college ball prior to his final year by some experts); AND, Bowman just had a way better CFL receiving season than Carter that IMO showed wayyyyyyyyyy more all-around receiver skills. SO - is Bowman now going to get handed a starting NFL gig? Bowman might not have the right stuff on his resume though for some of the NFL super-experts - a lot of whom have no clue about CFL receiving talent.

Andrew Hawkins left the Als after a hardly impressive season with 324 yards to go to Cincinnati and eventually signed with the Browns as a FA. I guess it's all about having a good agent and a good workout.
