New this year, portions of Spadina Avenue, Queen Street West, Bathurst Street, Fort York Boulevard, and Bremner Boulevard will be closed to vehicular traffic providing safe and easy access to many projects for pedestrians. This is to ensure the safety of large audiences and to improve free-flowing access to the art.
Spadina Avenue
Partial and full closures between College Street and Front Street West, starting at 3 pm Saturday, October 4 until 9 am Sunday, October 5
  • Southbound lanes will be closed between College Street and Front Street West
  • Northbound lanes will be closed between Richmond Street West and Baldwin Street
  • With the exception of Queen Street West, all major cross streets will remain open, including: College Street, Dundas Street West, Richmond Street West, Adelaide Street West, Wellington Street West, and Front Street West
  • TTC 510 Streetcar service will be maintained and unaffected for the duration of the street closure
Queen Street West
Closed between Bay Street and Cameron Street, starting at 4 pm Saturday, October 5 until 8 am Sunday, October 6
  • University Avenue will remain open and unaffected
  • Sheraton Centre will have controlled one-way (eastbound) access to underground parking garage on Queen Street West for valet services
  • TTC 501 Streetcar service will be diverted to King Street between Spadina Avenue and Church Street for the duration of the street closure
Bathurst Street
Partial and full closures between King Street West and Lake Shore Boulevard West, starting at 4 pm Saturday, October 4 until 8 am Sunday, October 5
  • Southbound lanes will be closed between King Street West and Lake Shore Boulevard West
  • Northbound lanes will be closed between Front Street West and Lake Shore Boulevard West
  • Stewart Street, Wellington Street West and Niagara Street will remain open
  • TTC 511 Streetcar service will be maintained and unaffected for the duration of the street closure
Fort York Boulevard
Closed between Fleet Street and Spadina Avenue, starting at 6 pm Saturday, October 4 until 8 am Sunday, October 5
East of Bathurst Street
  • Telegram Mews/Brunel Court and Dan Leckie Way will remain open
  • Residents and businesses located in and around Concord CityPlace (West of Spadina Avenue) will have controlled two-way access via Dan Leckie Way and Iceboat Terrace ONLY
  • Iceboat Terrace will be converted to two-way traffic to accommodate access and egress to neighbourhood
West of Bathurst Street
  • Residents and businesses located south of Fort York Boulevard and west of Bathurst Street will have controlled access and egress via Fleet Street and Bruyeres Mews ONLY
  • Iannuzzi Street, Sloping Sky Mews, Grand Magazine Street, Bastion Street, Gzowski Boulevard, Angelique Street, and Bruyeres Mews will be maintained or converted to two-way traffic
Bremner Boulevard
Closed between Spadina Avenue and Lower Simcoe Street, starting at 6 pm Saturday, October 4 until 8 am Sunday, October 5
  • Metro Toronto Convention Centre (south building) will have controlled access via Lower Simcoe Street ONLY
  • Eastbound lanes of Bremner Boulevard will be converted to two-way traffic between Rees Street and Navy Wharf Court
  • Residents and businesses located on Navy Wharf Court (south of Bremner Boulevard) and Mariner Terrace will have controlled two-way access via Rees Street and Bremner Boulevard ONLY
