If he returns to the CFL within the next week the Ticats may retain his rights but he would be a free agent after this season if he isn't already. I suspect that Williams would prefer to go anywhere but Hamilton considering how Austin and the Ticats dealt with his situation last year.

Perhaps Barker will contact Williams agent. I am sure he can use the 2015 schedule as a great selling point!!

I'd be leary of Williams as he seems like a me first player. And you can't totally blame Austin and the TiCats, Williams was under contract and was offered a lucrative extension he refused.

Toronto maybe an attractive destination for Williams, Jim Daley was the ST Co-Ordinator in the Hammer in 2012 during his record setting season, Argonauts should be all over this guy!!

Williams will likely spend the next several months exhausting his NFL options. He just had a kickoff return for a TD a couple of weeks ago which probably raised some eyebrows down there.
