BC at Edmonton Thursday July 11th

BC has given up more points than any other team (although they have played one more game than the Argos) and barely beat the Argos while Edmonton is well rested after a bye week, so I'm going with the Eskimos, even though BC is often tough at home.

The 33-6 score reflected Edmonton's domination of the game as did the meagre 157 yards passing by BC. It's increasingly looking like BC, Toronto and Montreal will be at the bottom of the standings if they don't quickly improve.

I got free tickets and went to this game. Man, the Lions were bad. Edmonton played a solid game but nothing spectacular and yet they dominated. Being there reminded me of a few things: The Argos aren't the only team with attendance problems, the Lions have one of the best QB's in the game and yet they are playing this poorly (at least the Argos have a better excuse), and that I am so thankful that the Argos no longer have Duron Carter. He looks so disinterested in almost every play.

Former Argo Natey Adjei had a great game with four catches for 106 yards including a 77 yard TD and a difficult catch for a first down.

I’d say Trevor Harris has settled in quite nicely with Edmonton.

Brett Boyko looked overmatched all night after coming back from the NFL and AAF.
