I would have thought that these TFC fans would be happy to see their team get increased media attention but that wasn't the case with this bunch at least. Let's hope we never see such behaviour from Argos fans. That is a trend that does not need to pick up any further steam.

There are idiot fans for all teams. We can sit on a pedestal and laugh at them but don't forget the Argos have idiot fans equal to those knobs as well.

Absolutely. Shauna Hunt said she gets that on a daily basis and many reports have to deal with it now. For whatever reason it has become a viral video thing and unfortunately there are many idiots in this city and around the world that keep doing it. She did a great job confronting those guys and hopefully it is a catalyst for this phenomenon (for a lack of a better word) to stop.

While true, it is not an excuse. Those guys deserve to be banned for x amount of games. I hope gilthethrill is right and they regret their actions. If they truly do, they should go on air with Shauna Hunt and apologize. I would give them credit for that and recommend a shorter ban. Not that I control that, just my opinion.

I remember in Miami a few years ago for a Jets-Dolphins game there were those idiots sitting in front of us, hammered, harassing a bunch of Jets fans. There were also incidents reported during the Senators-Canadiens playoff series from a few weeks ago.

Well Argonauts fans aren't perfect I haven't witnessed to many incidents at Argonauts games except from Ticats fans. They take boorish behavior to a new level.

Although I did once have people complain that I was making to much noise when our opposition was lining up to start their plays.

I know you weren't and I apologize if my post came off that way. I was just pointing it out in general. Every sporting event around the world has issues, some worse than others. This particular issue that ArgoRavi posted in this thread is interesting because it has sadly become a global one. This goes beyond just those few idiots that were at the TFC game on Sunday. It's nice to see that some positives are coming out of Shauna Hunt's confrontation, it is defiantly getting people to talk about it.
