    That is a good point. After re-reading it I think he is probably referring only to Dhillon.

    At least half the season seems rather pessimistic. But I agree collaros is in the conversation for best QB along with Mitchell, Durant, Reilly and, yes, Ray even if he misses a lot of games.

    My take on it is that Hogan is only referring to Dhillon as being at guard.
    Chad Kelly + Dan Adeboboye + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force

    Hogie has confirmed that Sewell hasn't been designated a guard. He might still end up one, of course.

    I have to agree with Wobbler....every year we see stars in the CFL get cut (Cory Boyd, Brandon Isaac..etc)....although I would think Creehan would find a way to keep as many stud pass rushers in a rotation of some kind.

    Rotation, by all means. But any suggestion that Okpalaugo could lose his job is preposterous.

    Rich, this is the CFL....league leading rushers are known to be released.

    Typically the Team carries 8 guys on the DL, sometimes 9 if you include the PR.

    I haven't had a look at the TC Depth Chart, but I'd fashion a guess the top 8 would look something like;

    Foley, Okpalaugo, (Laing), Kyle Moore, Delano Johnson, D. Waud, A. Whitesides, and now D. Moch

    If young Cameron Walker gets his groin straightened away, the PR Roster spot could be for him

    Of course, this is day to day, but you bet Delano & Astin will be facing large competition from Martez Wilson at End, Tracey Robertson & Euclid Cummings on the interior.

    My guess at a starting front 4 for Game 1 (guessing that we may have seen the last of Cleyon Laing) is;

    FOLEY - K.MOORE - D. JOHNSON - OKPALAUGO

    Kyle Moore on the inside? Do you see him as another Ronald Flemons type? Long, lean body type who can play DE-DT?

    Was used and was dominant on the inside in Pre-season last year -- until he got hurt. I see less Flemons and more Kevin Huntley in Kyle Moore. I am looking forward to his development

    By chance do you know what Moore's injury was? I can't find anything on it but it kept him off the field for the entire 2015 season.

    I am looking forward to this Saturday's Blue/White scrimmage in Oshawa. We should start to get an idea how some positions are shaping up.
    I don't see Okpalaugo in any danger of losing his job, but Barker may be bringing extra DE's in this year thinking Oko will be trying the NFL next year.
    Laing is suppose to be reporting now but is playing out his option and will probably be headed for Edmonton for 2016. So Barker has Waud coming in and he will be ready for full time next year.
    McEwen's not coming until next year, but that's ok as Keeping probably has a couple of years left in him.
    IMO the GM's have to always look at the big picture including down the road a few years. Especially for the Canadian content.

    It is true that you are always striving to include your talent level. However, I do not envision a scenario where Okpalaugo loses his job. The scenario that doubleblue alludes to in his previous post is the more likely scenario.

    Nick Rosamonda was released today. I really liked this guys game. He flew to his tackles, and hit hard. I suppose that the Brandon Issac pick up bumped him out. Plus I caught somewhere that Brian Rolle has been impressive in camp.

    Not sure what kept Kyle Moore out an entire season. It seemed to be rather quiet there didn't it?

    I'm sorry to see him go too. I really liked the energy level he brought to the field that seemed to impact others.

    Fayson is gone for the season. Achilles tendon injury. Aaron Kelly was a wise pick up.

    This is the CFL, man. All-stars and award winners have been cut the following season. Okpalaugo had a very nice season but he was not the second coming of Jim Corrigall. However I expect him to be with the team this year and have another good season. That doesn't mean two other DEs couldn't also have good seasons.
