    Edmonton being near the bottom actually surprised me a bit, Ottawa being the bottom not so much. Considering some of the profit announcements made by Edmonton and Winnipeg (soon to be Saskatchewan), I'd like to see teams spending a bit more.

    No surprise that the Argos were one of the lower spending teams as well. I don't imagine that will be much different this season.
