Killer Pizza in Woodbridge a must try!!!!!

I originally saw it on You Gotta Eat Here and finally got to go after picking my wife up at Pearson yesterday. Ciao Roma on Roytec off of Weston and below Langstaff. Unique and amazing and I'll be craving. Luckily enough my wife is heading to NYC in a few weeks so we can head back. We live pretty much two hours and 15 minutes from this place but it would still be the worth the drive. My said it reminds her of pizza she had in Italy 20 years ago. You buy pieces by weight. Killer ZA!!!!

It's fantastic. I found it a while ago and it is now my go to. Hours aren't always the greatest but the pizza is top notch

Since we live at least two hours from there we spent time looking up Roma style pizza. My wife found a great site with a great step by step recipe. So I just spent time looking up Italian Markets in Woodbridge that I might find Burrato Flour. We'll be through the area on the way to Pearson again in a few weeks. I'll hit Ciao Roma and then a market to find this flour. Best thing is I love to cook but hate baking and dealing with dough, so my wife will be trying to make this killer style za. Oh I ca't even think of it without wanting some.

Just ate there again last night as we headed to the Comfort Inn on Airport Rd. My wife flew out to NYC today. I can't wait to pick her up and head to Ciao Roma again. KILLER!!!!!
