TSN was advertising that horse racing would be in TSN 1. But that was a couple of hours ago.

Other than CFL and World Jrs, TSN and it's American based bunch of channels is SHITE!!! Thank goodness for all the other cool channels carrying The First 48, car shows and the like.
Oh and GO Argos Go!! If we can walk out of Regina with a win I think a discombobulated Stamps team is ripe for the beating next week. Have to keep up with Ottawa.....Ottawa. WOW! They thought Hank was done? No Way!!!
According to the Vancouver Shaw cable TV schedule, the Queens Plate is on TSN1 and TSN2. In the Vancouver Sun, there is no listing for football on TV today, but the Queens Plate is listed on TSN1 and TSN2. Since it appears to be on TSN3 and TSN4, it seems that TSN is segmenting its Canadian audience so that those wanting to view its number #1 overall draw (the CFL) within their home markets (in this case southern Ontario and Saskatchewan) see the game but not others outside these regions for at least some of the games. Could this be an attempt to drive those whose favourite team is outside the home markets of the teams playing a particular game, or those who want to watch the vast majority of all CFL games, towards buying the full sports package in order to do so? From a maximizing revenue point of view, this would make sense as those with a high interest in viewing games outside the home market regions are likely highly motivated and therefore more likely to pay for the full sports package. However, for the fan and CFL viewing numbers, it sucks.
To you Argo fans on this site. Good luck to you guys and hopefully it's a great game!
I think we are looking too deep into this. The theories of buying full packages would mostly benefit cable companies, as you would get TSN's competitors also. If this trend continues we will get a better idea, but Angelo is probably right in that TSN had to show the Qween's plate on one of their main feeds, so it makes sense to use the zone least connected to the CFL game.
There is so many sports now on TV, which is sometimes great, that sometimes schedules conflict. Raptors fans have been battling this issue for years. If you like to watch all their games, you must subscribe to all TSN and SN channels, no matter where you live.
Hoagie says it is very windy in Regina today. Could be pretty exciting for Pfeffer (and everyone else)!
I was told that they are having problems updating the site.
The PDF chart is now available here: http://ow.ly/PbjXE
Waud and Keeping are the two scratches today. Delano Johnson is not only back after being released a couple of weeks ago but in the lineup today.
Cameron Dukes + Dan Adeboboye + Kevin Mital + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force
With both Josey and Whittaker in the lineup, we may be running a bit more than usual. I hope the wind doesn't turn this into a test of "who has the better run game", though...
Your statement actually backs up the idea that they are trying to get people to buy more sports channels so that they get more revenue. I just turned on TSN1 to see Under 19 World Championship Basketball between the USA and Croatia that on the schedule extends well into the football game. This is certainly not on because it will draw more fans than a CFL game.
Regina very windy (initially I typed wingy - a Freudian typo). Who would have guessed that?
nice push on 3rd and short.
i'm given to suppose that we could have an advantage in the trenches on offence we could exploit in the second half.
(as i type this Van Zeyl gets dummied by Hall for a sack...)

50 yards with the wind! nice job there Pfeffer!

Great kick kid!
Justifiably exuberant about his first CFL field goal - wind-aided or not.
Glenn is looking very on-target here. We need to hit that guy.
#MAKEARGONAUTSGREATAGAIN
keep jizzing all over Brackenridge, Suitor & Cuthbert...

Great to see Pfeffer get FG. Good for his confidence.
